Looking
for Ways to Boost Morale at Your Company?
Consider These…
- Host a “fun
at work day.” On the last Friday of each quarter plan an
activity that will result in fun and laughter at work to release
tension and build rapport.
- Owners and
managers can offer to do one hour of work for any employee who
reaches a performance goal. This can bring people together and
enhance relationships.
- A small
space can become a “fun” place to go and unwind. Employees
can decorate it, put stress toys, magazine. It can be called the
“whine” cellar. Gathering at the water cooler used
to be considered wasted productivity – today it is essential
to revive productivity and gain insightful ideas from others.
